Per email from Ray:

Mike Navarro called and said he is handling the Ridgecrest Real Estate LLC v. Douglas County appeals 18C 0386+ coming up for hearing of 7-5-22.  He said they want a continuance.  I told him to fax and mail that request to us ASAP, and he said he will fax to us tomorrow.  I also told him to copy the request to Douglas County.  He said he could get a member of the LLC to sign off on it. I don’t know if he was wanting to represent them at the hearing or not.
